Centrica Business Solutions is invested in partnering and creating subcontracting opportunities to provide the best solution for our customers and promote economic development in their communities. Our team is continuously seeking to expand our vendor network.
To be eligible to bid and perform work with our company, subcontractors must prequalify every one to three years. The prequalification process typically involves collecting information about a subcontractor's financial health, safety record, and past project performance. To start the process for your business, familiarize yourself with the requirements and submit the vendor interest form to become a potential vendor in our system.
Centrica Business Solutions requires all subcontractors to prequalify every one to three years to be eligible to bid and contract work with our company. The following vendors are NOT required to complete the prequalification process:

In addition to completing an online prequalification form, please be prepared to submit the following supporting documentation.
Form W-9 (March 2024 version)With full legal name, signed and dated within the past year.
Certificate of InsuranceDoes not need to be issued to Centrica but must be current. Minimum insurance requirements are:Workers Compensation: $1,000,000.00Employers Liability: $100,000.00Business Auto: $1,000,000.00 Umbrella Policy: $1,000,000.00 General Liability Policy: $1,000,000.00 each occurrence Aggregate: $2,000,000.00
OSHA Forms 300 and 300A for the past three (3) yearsIf you company has ten (10 or less employees, provide the number of employees and the total hours worked each year. Regardless of your company size, the OSHA 300A form is required if recordable incidents have occurred.
EMR Verification for the past three (3) yearsNCCI comparable form or letter from worker’s carrier.
Last year's audited financial statementsIf audited statements are not available, the following documents will be required: Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Letter from an Officer confirming validity and completeness of the financial documents.
Copy of Company’s Safety ProgramIf the file is very large, a copy of the table of contents is acceptable.
